Caterers Flame to please and the guests are DE-Lighted! Bring your fire extinguisher for this one!

1 oz gin (or vodka)
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Splash bitters
Orange twist cut thick

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients except orange peel, strain into coupe (or cocktail) glass.

Hold lit match above glass, pinch twist between fingers to express oil and light twist, put out in drink.
