The Pisco Sour

3 oz Pisco (South American brandy)

1 oz fresh lime juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

1 fresh egg white

Dash bitters

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously, add ice and shake again for about ten seconds to froth egg white, strain into cocktail glass.

The only thing that should be sour is this drink!
