The Frozen Sunset

Michelle and Jenny are back with a new round of spicy stories and a new signature cocktail!Signature Cocktail Recipe: Frozen sunset (makes two) 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 1/2 cups ice 6 tbsp rum 6 tbsp agave 3 tbsp lime juice 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen strawberries Fresh strawberry garnish Highball glass Mix 1/2 cup ice with pineapple, 2 tbsp rum and agave, and 1 tbsp in blender, blend till smooth and put in bowl in freezer. Do the same with 1/2 cup ice, mango, 2 tbsp rum and agave, 1 tbsp lime juice, Then again with strawberries , rum, agave, lemon juice. Divide pineapple mixture between two glasses. Carefully layer with mango mixture, then top with strawberry mixture. Garnish with fresh strawberry.

Gently add melon liquor without splashing it. Mix coconut rum and pineapple juice in shot glass. Gently pour over the back of a spoon onto melon. Mix vodka and cranberry juice together in shot glass, gently pour over the back of a spoon into thr glsss to layer. Garnish with strawberry
